We would like to thank everyone who attended this year’s Annual Membership Meeting and those who voted online for the Board candidates. We are excited to introduce our 2022-2024 Board of Directors: Vice President Philip Prince, Treasurer Sarah Gass, At-Large Socials Caroline Byrnes, At-Large Tennis Ladies Representative Joni Smith, and At-Large Pool/Grounds Mark Wilson! Below and attached is a recap of this year’s meeting.
Yearly renewal invoices were emailed earlier this month. Membership dues may be paid with a credit card through the QuickBooks invoice you received, PayPal link listed below or by mailing a check to Windyrush 6441 Windyrush Road Charlotte, NC 28226.
Full membership dues for 2022 are $920.00 payable by March 1, 2022.
Payments made by January 1 are $870.00 ($50.00 early payment discount). To change your payment amount in QuickBooks, click on Review and Pay, click edit amount and change the payment amount to $870.00.
Payments made after March 1, 2022, will incur a $50.00 late fee.
We offer senior dues if you are age 65 and older and have been a current Windyrush member for 15 plus years. Senior dues for 2022 are $460.00 (50% of the yearly dues).
Tennis membership dues for 2022 are $625.00 payable by March 1, 2022. If you pay your membership fee by January 1, 2022, you will receive a $20.00 discount. To change the payment amount in QuickBooks, click on Review and Pay, click edit amount and change the payment amount $605.00.

If you are not renewing your membership, have questions or did not receive an invoice please email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible so we can contact people on our waiting list. Memberships will automatically be terminated if they are not renewed by March 15, 2022.
If you are interested in renting the pool pavilion for a private event it is available for a fee of $100. Return the attached rental form to email@example.com. An invoice will be sent for payment once a private party reservation is made along with instructions to access the pavilion.
The pavilion is open for all members on Sundays for Panther football games (unless it is reserved for a private party). Private parties may not be reserved when there is a televised Panther football game. A “Member Host” is responsible for unlocking and locking the pavilion gate. The “Member Host” or private party host will receive a gate lock code by email to unlock and lock the gate once a reservation is made. To be a “Member Host” or to privately rent you will need to reserve the pavilion through your ESoft account. To make a reservation click on the eSoft link eSoft Planner. Instructions for reservations are attached. If you have forgotten your password, click on forgot password and follow the prompts. Signup will be first come first serve. Since the reservation system is a new feature for us there may be a few things we learn along the way. If you have questions or suggestions, please let me know.
Pool pavilion rules:
Tennis pavilion hours are 8:00am-10:00pm. The property gates are unlocked at 8:00am and locked at 10:00pm daily. If you would like to rent the tennis pavilion, please contact the office for pricing.
*Please remember that children need to be supervised at the tennis pavilion if they are age 10 and under. Appropriate tennis attire must be worn on the courts.*

*Fast paced non-stop hitting. Great class for movement and exercise while learning doubles tactics!! $20 per class. 4 participants needed for class to run.
TUESDAYS QUEEN CITY LADIES (COACH JOHN TRIMP)
This class is for team players needing to hit a lot of balls in a play format. $20 per class. 4 participants needed for class to run.
Drills are designed to simulate match play, while getting instruction on overall preparation for play.
WEDNESDAY ADVANCED DRILLS & SKILLS
$20 per class. 4 participants needed for class to run.
Tennis Guests & Guest Fees
Guests must be accompanied by a member. Guest fees are $5.00 per guest. Please leave your guest fee payments in the box on the clay court entrance marked “Guest Fees”.
If you are interested in purchasing a logo hand towel, personalized luggage tag, magnet, captain’s line-up pad, or regular score pad return the attached order from to firstname.lastname@example.org.
