To our valued members –
As the summer pool season winds down we are very appreciative to our staff, members and guests for a fun filled safe summer during an unprecedented time. We were able to open in a timely manner, accommodate many more people than anticipated and only had a few pool days impacted by storm delays or storm closings. The tennis courts have had increased play and tennis clinics have increased with the number of participants. We are excited to see so many people enjoying all that our great club has to offer. The bike rack has held more bikes this summer than years prior, it has been fun to see all ages biking, walking, and golf carting to the club.
We will begin adjusted pool hours on Monday, August 17. Please check our website and weekly pool hour emails to keep up with the adjusted scheduled. We look forward to our upcoming social on Friday, August 14 featuring our favorite 80’s band Kids In America plus Goldfinger’s Food Truck! This will be a Member Only event. Our final summer social will be celebrated on Labor Day with DJ Jeremy and OooWee BBQ.

If we have 85 people in the pool adult swim will be called for 10 minutes to reduce that number.*
**Guest May Visit Monday-Friday**
2 guests per membership may visit the pool Monday-Friday.
Guests are allowed 10 visits per season. Guests must be accompanied by a member for the duration of their stay and pay a guest fee of $5 per person.
There is no charge for out of town guests (valid ID required) staying in your home except for holidays. Holiday guest fees are $10.00 per guest.
Members are responsible for their guests during their time at the pool.
Small toys are permitted in the feature pool area.
Please let your guests know the procedures that we have in place at this time (they are listed below).
When to Wear a Mask?
You are required to wear a mask as you enter and exit the pool gate entrance.
You are required to wear a mask in the restroom.
You are required to wear a mask at the snack bar if you are age 11+.
Ages 11+ are required to wear a mask if LESS THAN 6 FEET from NON family members or anyone NOT living in household.
Staff-required to wear a mask if less than 6 feet from Non family members or anyone NOT living in household.

Children under age 11-no mask requirement
DOLPHIN DINER HOURS-limited menu items.

Women and Men
Beginner (2.0) to advanced beginner: This class is for anyone getting started in tennis or used to play and want to get started again. We will focus on all the basics strokes of tennis in a fun, moving class. After this session, players will be ready to join a team or play for fun with friends.
Monday 7pm-8:30pm $20 class 4 participants needed for class to run
QUEEN CITY LADIES (COACH JOHN TRIMP)
This class is for team players needing to hit a lot of balls in a play format. Drills are designed to simulate match play, while getting instruction on overall preparation for play.
Tuesday 10am-11:30am $20 class 4 participants needed for class to run
* Trimp Tennis Academies will only offer makeup classes for any classes missed due to weather cancellations
|Interested in having your business advertised on a banner or in the newsletter? Run an ad in the newsletter for $25.00 per month or have a banner displayed on the tennis fence for $50.00 per month or advertise for several months. Advance payment for 5 months will include one month free, get 6 months for the cost of 5 months. Advanced payment for 9 months will include three months free, get 12 months for the cost of 9. Banner size requirement size is 8’x3′ with a white background. Banner must be preapproved by the Board.|
